Dr. Alessandro Petitti holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Winnipeg and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. With a strong foundation in human movement, rehabilitation, and sports, he takes a personalised, hands-on approach to care, tailoring treatment to each patient’s individual needs and goals.
Dr. Petitti believes chiropractic care should meet people where they are. Whether helping an athlete perform at their best, a weekend warrior return to the activities they love, or a busy professional manage the demands of everyday life, his goal is to help patients move better, feel better, and stay active. His approach combines diversified chiropractic techniques, movement-based rehabilitation, and clinical acupuncture to support recovery, optimise movement, and promote long-term health.
An active lifestyle has always been an important part of Dr. Petitti’s life. His athletic background includes track and field, rugby, and more than a decade of martial arts training, during which he earned his 2nd-degree black belt. These experiences have given him a strong understanding of biomechanics, physical resilience, and injury recovery.
His clinical experience includes treating a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns, from athletic injuries and chronic pain to everyday aches and pains, postural dysfunction, and lifestyle-related conditions.
Drawn to the Cayman Islands for its strong sense of community and active outdoor lifestyle, Dr. Petitti enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life. Outside the clinic, he stays active through fitness, outdoor activities, and exploring the island, and he loves cooking wholesome meals inspired by his Italian heritage. He enjoys being part of a community that values health, movement, and making the most of life.
